My favourite four-letter word is SOLD. For a buyer or a seller, it means that the job got done. The job is seek-and-find, property and people,and that is what I’m hired to do.
To meet client needs, I get a sense of the service required of me
and establish a working relationship based on mutual respect.
And, to benefit my clients, I have respectful relationships with
other agents so, at the time of negotiation, the job gets done
to satisfaction.
I know real estate values and the values of neighbourhoods.
With a street-by-street knowledge about Rosedale and Moore Park,
and about so many properties inside-out, I can direct clients to the right place and price.
Buying and selling is a time of financial and emotional pressure.
I can advise people to make appropriate choices, with respect to their needs.
