I've been with Martin & Meredith for over 25 years. Previously I had over 18 years experience searching titles and closing deals for lawyers and at the same time was a private investor turning over approximately five properties a year, learning a lot about renovations, interior design and working with the trades. One of my greatest pleasures is negotiating an excellent deal for my clients.

While I have extensive knowledge of our condominium market, it is not at the exclusion of houses. A large part of my busines comes from moving condo owners to houses and house owners to condominiums. Most days I inspect approximately 8 houses within an area south of Highway 401.

One of the most important lessons I've learned is that while buying or selling a home is often someone's biggest financial commitment, it should also be fun and as low stress as possible. For me, that means having patience, providing all the facts, listening carefully and hopefully delivering exceptional service.
