First impressions of a house are important to me. When I first see a house, I try to imagine who might like to live in it and how I would market that house. Most of my work is in Rosedale and Moore Park but I make a point of knowing as much as I can about all the neighbourhoods of central Toronto.

I want my clients to feel pleased with what I have done for them, so I am very disciplined, conscientious, enthusiastic, and I have a lot of energy.

My background in nursing has helped me to develop two qualities which I think are important. I learned how to listen carefully and to be dispassionate when analyzing what I am told.

Real estate is hard work. My satisfaction is in following-through for my clients; that's everything to me.
