I love to match houses and condominiums with people. I'm good at match-making because I listen well. I work hard - full time - and I maintain a strong network.

People buy location and I concentrate on the Rosedale, Moore Park, Lawrence Park and Forest Hill neighbourhoods where I have sold in every price range. I am very knowledgeable in the condominium market and sell both large and small units.

I like to see what people do with their houses. When I see how they use a house, I understand what they like and the kind of house or condominium that might suit them. That's where networking and knowledge of the market pay off.

Pricing is extremely important and it often comes to a lot of simple "gut feel". That comes from knowledge, experience and success. I have them all.
