My grandfather Norman J. Spence was a draftsman and builder. In the 1950s he built many houses in Bennington Heights, when the southern part of this neighbourhood consisted of fields. Both of my uncles were contractors. This might explain the love of architecture and the true passion for houses that is in my blood.

My many years in business finance have taught me to be a good listener, an excellent facilitator/negotiator, and a stickler for detail. I have developed the analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills that go hand in hand with success.

Having lived in Bennington Heights and Leaside all my life, I understand the true meaning of "neighbourhood". Central Toronto has always been my stomping grounds. I love its' many amenities, and value the ease and contentment that flow from a great location.
